I am in the Eastern Standard Time Zone. Inquiries received during regular business hours (M-F, 8 AM – 5 PM) will receive a response within a few hours. Inquiries received outside of business hours should allow 24 hours for a response.
Refund policies are based on the workshop purchased. In most cases that means you may request a no questions refund before the third lesson is released. In the case of immediate downloads, you may request are refund with 14 days. All refunds are issued withing 24 hours.
