The Clutter Challenge is for you if you say YES! to any of the following…

What It Is
Once a week you’ll get a results oriented clutter clearing lesson delivered right to your inbox. During our 52 weeks you will:
- Build the essential skills that will allow you to declutter with confidence.
- Gain a clear understanding of what’s holding you back and what to do about it.
- Create the habits that will allow you to live clutter free forever.
These are bite-sized lessons, with most taking less than 15 minutes to digest. This is absolutely doable for everyone, which means you will be successful. Each lesson super simple and can be accomplished without having to gather up supplies or do any advance prep work.
Thinking you can’t make progress in so little time? Well, I am going to burst your belief bubble (pop!) – 15 minutes is absolutely enough time to make progress. Every effort makes a difference – if you take action you will see results! Each lesson helps you create positive change you can see, and the lessons build on each other for even greater impact.
Why 52 challenges? No surprise here – there are 52 weeks in a year, and that’s a really realistic time period to create lasting change. Hard truth – clutter doesn’t happen overnight and it doesn’t go away overnight. It’s a fact that small changes, made over time are much more likely to stick. Just as crash dieting doesn’t work, crash decluttering doesn’t work either – slow and steady wins every time!
Spoiler alert: You might be surprised by some of the lessons, especially if you are expecting me to be telling you what to toss. That’s because decluttering your life takes more than physical action. It requires shifting your thinking. So I will be guiding you through lessons where the focus is on you belief system as it relates to clutter. We’ll be doing some inner work so that our outer world can better support us in living our ideal lives. Hopefully that excites you. I know it excites me because I know that clutter isn’t a silo issue – our inner and outer worlds are very much connected!
Why It’s Different From Other Clutter Clearing Programs
It’s holistic. It’s not just about our stuff, it’s about what’s happening in our head and our hearts too. If you want to see lasting change we need to align our thoughts and our action. Without that any success will be fleeting at best. What’s called for is supportive habit creation, and in order to create those habits it’s critical you understand how our mind works. When people ‘get’ the reasons for their behavior they’re more likely to be successful in creating change. After all, you can’t change what you aren’t aware of. The Clutter Challenge is about more than clearing the clutter you have now, it’s about building the habits that will help you maintain a clutter free life for the long term. You’ll gain the skills and insight that will make you feel empowered and confident!

Once a week you will receive an email with that week’s clutter clearing lesson. It will be quick and easy – and super straightforward. During your 52 weeks you will:

I will make each assignment clear and concise so you’ll be able to take immediate action. Plus, there will be opportunities for you to share your success and ask questions. We have a private FB group just for that purpose, so you’ll never be without support.
Wait…I did mention this is all free, right? Yes, indeed, free, as free can be! Why? Because giving back and sharing what I know is a huge part of my value system. I imagine a world where everyone has the opportunity to enjoy a relaxed, stress free, uncluttered life. This feels like the best way I can help make that happen.
What It’s Not
I think it’s very important I share what this workshop isn’t about. We will not be going through your home room-by-room. I’m not offering a cookie cutter approach. This is about creating the mindset and building the habits that will let you let go with ease, and then stay clutter free for life. What you work on will be unique to your situation. But we will cover all areas of life, so we’ll be talking about physical, mental and emotional clutter.
The Why Behind It
I created the Clutter Challenge for people who feel overwhelmed and stuck. I created it because I know just how difficult and frustrating it can be clear clutter when you lack direction. I know just how many hurdles there are to navigate when it comes to letting go of clutter – lack of time topping list, followed very closely by emotional attachments and decision paralysis. Not to mention, that most people don’t have the resources available to hire a professional to help.
And I know how debilitating a cluttered life can be. I have seen far too many people settle for less, less than they wanted, less than they dreamed of – merely surviving instead of thriving – just because they couldn’t figure out how to get a handle on the clutter in their lives. Let’s face it, clutter is time sucking, joy robbing, confidence killing, stress inducing and more. Clutter costs you every single day – financially, physically, emotionally and mentally – but you can stop it! The Clutter Challenge can help you do it!
